. I have placed a menu section on this site to give you an idea of my most popular catering items. Most of these items will serve approximately 30 persons  per tray. My prices are very reasonable, I am not in this business to become a millionare. I prefer feedback on my food, that's what makes me comfortable. Delivery and  set-up are available. If requested, for specific needs, additional staff can be provided; (server's, d.j.'s, etc.)
